* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT - Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich der Informatik
 * Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Server, Netzwerke und Hardware
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Administration von Cloud Strukturen
 * Lernbereitschaft, Motivation und Offenheit für wechselnde Aufgabengebiete
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse

 * ITIL-Grundlagen
 * Microsoft 365 Erfahrung
 * Skripting (z. B. PowerShell)
 * ERP-System-Erfahrung, * Konzeption, Kalkulation und Abwicklung von IT Projekten, bspw. Hardware Investitionen, Einführung neues ERP System, Einführung neues CAM System
 * Zusammenstellung von interdisziplinären Projektteams
 * Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) im Bereich User-Helpdesk für die internen Fachbereiche
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung der IT Dokumentation sowie Betreuung der internen Datenbanken
