## About the Role

* Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Wirtschaftspsychologie sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Du hast bereits fundierte Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach in (Software-)Projekten gesammelt, eine Zertifizierung (z.B. PSM I/II oder CSM) ist ein Plus.
 * Du bist mit Scrum bestens vertraut, hast ein tiefes Verständnis für agile Werte und bist sicher in der Moderation von Workshops und Nutzung agiler Metriken (Velocity, Burndown), um Fortschritte sichtbar zu machen.
 * Der Umgang mit Jira und Confluence ist für dich Alltag.
 * Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und über gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau).
 * Du bist empathisch, kommunikationsstark und hast ein Gespür für Gruppendynamik und Konfliktlösung.

## Description

* Du organisierst und moderierst agile Events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retro) und stellst deren Qualität sicher.
 * Du unterstützt den Product Owner beim Backlog-Management, beim Refinement, bei der Einhaltung regulatorisch wesentlicher Aufgaben und sorgst für eine permanent hohe Transparenz über den aktuellen Lieferfortschritt.
 * Du räumst Hindernisse (Impediments) proaktiv aus dem Weg.
 * Du förderst Selbstorganisation, Eigenverantwortung und eine offene Feedbackkultur im Team und siehst dich in der Verantwortung für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit nach agilen Prinzipien und unseren Unternehmenswerten.
 * Du blickst über den Tellerrand und hilfst dem Team, agile Prinzipien besser zu verstehen und zu leben.
