## Description

* In interessanten Projekten onzipierst und realisierst du komplexe Systeme der Informationstechnik, die genau an die spezifischen Anforderungen der Mitarbeiter:innen angepasst werden
 * Außerdem planst und konfigurierst du die benötigten Lösungen
 * Du integrierst Hard- und Software im Client-/ Server-Umfeld
 * Ebenso führst du die folgenden Dienstleistungen durch: Einrichtung, Betrieb und Verwaltung der Systeme entsprechend den Anforderungen der Mitarbeiter:innen
 * Du behebst systematisch Fehler bei Störungen unter Einsatz moderner Experten- und Diagnosesysteme

Das erwartet dich in der Ausbildung

 * Du durchläufst die verschiedenen IT-Fachbereiche und bist somit unmittelbar in die Prozesse des WDR integriert
 * Du bist Teil eines Produktionsteams und arbeitest eng mit dem Redaktionsteam zusammen
 * Die Ausbildung dauert drei Jahre
 * Die Abschlussprüfung findet vor der Industrie- und Handelskammer zu Köln statt
 * Der Berufsschulunterricht findet am Georg-Simon-Ohm-Berufskolleg in Köln statt und wird ergänzt durch umfangreiche innerbetriebliche Schulungen und Seminare

Der WDR beabsichtigt eine mindestens 24- monatige Anschlussbeschäftigung nach Ende der Ausbildung.
