## Description

Die Ausbildung zur Kauffrau bzw. zum Kaufmann für IT-Systemmanagement dauert 3 Jahre und beginnt am 01. September des Jahres.

Deine praktische Ausbildung erfolgt in unserem Geschäftsbereich Informationstechnik in Heidelberg und in Kooperation bei der AVR UmweltService GmbH in Sinsheim. Neben der praktischen Ausbildung besuchst Du in Teilzeit den Berufsschulunterricht an der Johann-Philipp Bronner Schule in Wiesloch.

In deiner Ausbildung lernst Du alles rund um die Verwaltung, Vertragsgestaltung und Beschaffung von Hard- und Software. Dazu lernst Du Serviceanfragen zu bearbeiten, Kosten zu kalkulieren, Einsparmöglichkeiten zu berechnen und die Ausstattung von Arbeitsplätzen zu planen. Vertragsgestaltung, Datenverwaltung, Projektmanagement und die Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern gehören auch zu den Ausbildungsinhalten.
