## Description

* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Servern und virtuellen Infrastrukturen sowie Bereitstellung und Administration virtueller Maschinen
 * Mitarbeit bei Backup & Recovery, Monitoring, Patch-Management und Lifecycle-Themen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich Server, Netzwerk und Infrastruktur
 * Mitarbeit bei Netzwerk-, Firewall-, VPN-, VLAN- und Security-Themen
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Security-Standards
 * Mitarbeit bei Infrastruktur-, Security- und Migrationsprojekten bei KN sowie innerhalb der Funkwerk IT
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Spezialisten und externen IT-Partnern
 * Aktive Mitarbeit im Client Support und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im 1st- und 2nd-Level
 * Betreuung und Administration im Umfeld von Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune und Windows Clients
 * Einrichtung und Bereitstellung von Notebooks, Clients und mobilen Endgeräten
