You'll lead our two solution architects - the people who carry our SAP domain depth - and turn what they know about real transformation projects into a roadmap our engineers can ship. You'll work in close collaboration with our Head of Product Design and the engineering team, and you'll spend real time with the people who use the product: consultants, IT leads, and transformation teams inside enterprise clients. This is an early-stage PM role in the full sense: strategy and backlog, customer discovery and acceptance criteria, the big roadmap call and the unglamorous ticket. You'll do IC work alongside the thinking, and your decisions will show up in the product within weeks, running inside some of the largest SAP landscapes in Europe. What you'll own * The product roadmap. You prioritize what our AI agents learn to do next across the transformation lifecycle - from fit-to-standard analysis to post-go-live evolution - and you can defend every call with customer evidence. * The solution architects. You lead our two SAs directly, turning their module knowledge and project scar tissue into product requirements engineering can build against. * Discovery with real users. Consultants and enterprise IT teams use Qorelo inside live transformation programmes. You sit with them, watch where the product wins and where it fails, and bring that back as decisions, not just notes. * The bridge between domain and build. SAP depth on one side, an AI-native engineering team on the other. You speak enough of both languages that nothing gets lost in translation - and you work with our Head of Product Design so what we ship is usable by SAP people, not just correct. * Shipping. Specs, acceptance criteria, tradeoffs, cut lines. Features reach real users on real landscapes, and you own whether they landed., * You've sat inside an S/4HANA programme and thought "half of this should be software" - and can name which half * You've been the person consultants trust on module questions and the person engineers trust to write a clear spec * You've built something with LLMs - a prototype, an internal tool, an agent - and formed opinions about where they break * You want your product decisions to run inside DAX 40 landscapes within weeks, not sit in a committee for quarters, 2. Deep dive on your SAP and product background with Louis, our CEO (60 min) 3. Practical case: product exercise with the team, including our solution architects 4.
