 * Kenntnisse agiler Skalierungsframeworks (SAFe oder vergleichbar)
 * Kenntnisse von Architektur-Frameworks und -Methodiken, z. B. TOGAF, arc42, C4
 * Strategisches Denken und systematische Analyse komplexer Zusammenhänge
 * Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
 * Ausgeprägte Ownership-Mentalität
 * Verhandlungssischere Deutschkenntnisse und Englisch (mind. C1 wünschenswert)

## Description

* Entwicklung und Kommunikation der Architekturvision für Daten-, Analytics- und KI-Lösungen in unserem Agile Release Train (ART)
 * Gestaltung der strategischen Zielarchitektur für Datenprodukte, Datenplattformen und analytische Anwendungen
 * Technologische Beratung der Weiterentwicklung unserer Cloud Data Platform
 * Definition von Architektur-Guidelines, Standards und Guardrails
 * Coaching und Unterstützung der Teams bei Architekturentscheidungen und technischen Lösungsansätzen im täglichen Entwicklungsbetrieb
 * Identifikation und Priorisierung technischer Enabler sowie technischer Schulden
 * Begleitung der Planung von Program Increments und strategischen Initiativen
 * Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit, Performance und Wartbarkeit unserer Lösungen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Security-Standards gemeinsam mit den Teams
 * Beobachtung von Technologietrends sowie Bewertung und Erprobung neuer Technologien für den strategischen Einsatz im ART
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Enterprise Architects und System Architects anderer ARTs zur Harmonisierung von Architekturstandards und Lösungsansätzen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers sowie Entwicklungsteams sowie inhaltliche Organisation von Engineering- und Architektur-Communitys
 * Förderung moderner Entwicklungsansätze unter Nutzung von KI-gestützten Engineering-Werkzeugen
