 * Strong experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or hybrid data professional.
 * Proven expertise across the Microsoft Azure Data Platform, including:
 + Azure Data Factory (ADF)
 + Azure Synapse Analytics
 + Azure Data Lake
 + Azure SQL
 + Power BI
 * Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
 * Experience building and maintaining cloud-based data solutions.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

 * Experience within Government, Defence or other secure environments.
 * Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
 * Experience working with modern data architecture and governance frameworks.

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer/Data Analyst with strong Microsoft Azure expertise and active SC Clearance to join a high-profile programme delivering critical data capabilities within a secure environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale data initiatives, helping design, build and optimise modern Azure-based data solutions while providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Key Details, * Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines within Microsoft Azure.

 * Develop and optimise data models, ETL/ELT processes and reporting solutions.
 * Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
 * Analyse complex datasets and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
 * Ensure data quality, governance and best practices across the data estate.
 * Collaborate with technical and business teams within an Agile delivery environment.
