Travel Requirements - Due to the nature of the role: * A full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. * You must be able to travel reliably to customer sites across London, Surrey, and wider UK when required. They support a wide range of clients across industries, giving their Engineers exposure to the full modern ecosystems, not small slices of tech or repetitive ticket queues. They are searching for an IT Service Engineer who's passionate about technology, great with people, and eager to grow in a supportive, fast-paced MSP environment. You'll work from home, visit customer sites, collaborate closely with their technical team, and play an important role in delivering excellent service across their client base. You will regularly visit customer sites to: * Install, configure, and deploy new hardware. * Deliver face-to-face support. * Assist with project rollouts, system upgrades, or migration support. * Build strong, positive relationships with end users. * Operational and Technical Ownership.
