Desirable skills: * ServiceNow architecture or implementation certifications (Certified ServiceNow Implementation Certified Technology Architect or Master Architect) or equivalent. * ITIL or relevant programme-management certification. * Experience in operating-model transformation, business change, service transition or managed services. * Experience developing propositions, thought leadership, bids, commercial estimates or go-to-market activity. ## Description As a Senior Manager in our Private Sector ServiceNow practice, you will lead the technical architecture and delivery of complex transformation programmes and major workstreams. You will translate business priorities and non-functional requirements into secure, scalable and upgrade-safe platform solutions, while supporting clients to develop pragmatic roadmaps and governance. Working across business, technology and delivery teams, you will provide hands-on architectural leadership, guide key design decisions and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
