Do you have experience in IT?, A Japanese company is seeking a self-sufficient IT Support Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to provide day-to-day technical support in a fast-paced business environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills., * 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience required

 * Degree or coursework in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
 * Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
 * Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Server environments preferred
 * Exposure to Google Workspace or Salesforce is a plus
 * Prior help desk or office administrative support experience preferred

## Description

* Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and user issues
 * Manage help desk tickets, user accounts, and access permissions
 * Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals
 * Perform software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
 * Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset records
 * Assist with data entry and administrative support tasks as needed
