## About the Role

* Strong Data Architecture experience.
 * Banking experience is essential, ideally within a large/global bank.
 * Strong Data Governance and Data Management knowledge.
 * Experience with current/target-state architecture and data modelling.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * A genuinely business-facing approach, rather than purely technical architecture.

Experience within Corporate or Investment Banking, including areas such as Risk, Finance, Lending, Transactions or Compliance, would be particularly valuable.

## Description

We're working with a leading global bank that is continuing to grow its EMEA Data Architecture function, with two opportunities available for experienced Data Architects.

This is a business-facing architecture role, working across key areas of the bank to understand the current data landscape, define future-state architecture and help shape how data is managed across the organisation.
The role

 * Own current and target-state Data Architecture across business areas and domains.
 * Define data domains, flows and conceptual/logical data models.
 * Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
 * Support Data Governance, architecture standards and frameworks.
 * Contribute to significant transformation programmes across EMEA.
 * Collaborate with Data Architects globally to drive consistency and best practice.
