You'll ideally have: * Previous experience within an IT support environment * Good knowledge of Windows and confidence supporting macOS users * Experience setting up and troubleshooting computers, devices and peripherals * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues logically from start to finish * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues * Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing requests Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership and is happy working in a busy, growing business where no two days are quite the same. ## Description Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing business in Bracknell. Working closely with the IT Manager, you'll provide first and second-line support across the company while helping to keep its systems, devices and day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be supporting colleagues, administering Microsoft 365 and business systems, setting up equipment and user accounts, troubleshooting technical issues and helping improve the processes behind a growing organisation. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with IT support experience who is ready to broaden their technical knowledge, take on more responsibility and continue developing their skills. What you'll be doing As the IT Support Engineer, you'll be a key point of contact for colleagues across the business, taking ownership of day-to-day IT queries and providing practical, friendly support.
