Knowledge & Skills + Strong understanding of business systems, service management and operational support. + Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. + Knowledge of system governance, risk management and change control. + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. + Understanding of front-line operational systems. + Knowledge of care systems such as Nourish, Radar or similar platforms would be advantageous. + Experience within health, social care or other regulated environments would be highly beneficial., + Degree, professional qualification or equivalent experience within IT, Business Systems, Digital Services, Business Analysis or a related discipline. ## Description We're looking for an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead the performance, development and continuous improvement of our critical business systems. From troubleshooting complex issues and managing system improvements to leading strategic change initiatives, you'll play a key role in driving organisational efficiency and supporting frontline care delivery.
