You'll balance long-term thinking with day-to-day delivery, helping the organisation build confidence in data while creating a clear roadmap for future growth. People are at the centre of everything we do. You'll lead and develop a talented team of data professionals, creating an environment where individuals can thrive, learn and do their best work. You'll foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity and accountability, helping the team continue to grow while delivering meaningful outcomes for the business. You'll champion the importance of high-quality, governed and accessible data. Working closely with Technology and business stakeholders, you'll ensure our data platforms, processes and standards enable teams to access trusted information when they need it and use it confidently. You'll help senior leaders make better decisions by ensuring insights are clear, relevant and commercially meaningful. By connecting data with business priorities, you'll help identify opportunities, improve performance and create better experiences for our customers. This is a highly collaborative role with visibility at senior leadership level.
