## About the Role

* Experience within Production IT, Manufacturing IT, MES or a similar industrial technology environment

 * Previous team leadership, supervisory or line management experience

 * A good understanding of production systems, shopfloor applications and systems integration

 * Experience managing workloads, priorities, incidents and technical escalations

 * The ability to coach, develop and empower technical team members

 * Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge or escalate concerns when needed

 * A calm and practical approach when dealing with competing priorities

 * A relevant technical qualification, degree or equivalent practical experience

Experience working with SAP integrations or LabVIEW would be useful, but neither is essential.
This is an on-site role five days per week near Derby on their manufacturing sites depending on operational requirements. There may occasionally be a need for early starts or planned weekend support, with time off in lieu and flexibility offered in return.
