* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
 * Strong full-stack development experience with proven end-to-end delivery of web-based applications.
 * Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, SQL, Apache Spark, and JavaScript, plus hands-on experience with Power BI, Grafana, Azure DevOps, and Databricks.

Personality

 * Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with working knowledge of statistics, basic network/security concepts, and AI literacy to apply machine learning in business contexts.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
 * Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional manufacturing environment and scale solutions across multiple sites.

This role drives global digital manufacturing transformation by architecting and sustaining end-to-end software and analytics solutions, with a forward-looking focus on scaling automation, embedding AI into operations, and continuously improving efficiency, quality, and compliance across worldwide sites.

What you will do

 * Lead digital transformation projects in global manufacturing, from requirements gathering through deployment, while also sustaining existing solutions for daily operations.
 * Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT to digitize production workflows, improve process efficiency, and enhance user experience.
 * Build and maintain full-stack web applications, data pipelines, and dashboards (Power BI, Grafana), integrating with MES, ERP, and SCADA systems.
 * Manage the full software lifecycle (URS, UAT, validation, hypercare, CI/CD) and ensure compliance with quality, cybersecurity, and architecture standards.
 * Apply statistical analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and evaluate practical AI use cases to boost operational efficiency.
