Troubleshoot and resolve IBM i hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues while coordinating with vendors and support teams as required. What You Will Bring: 2+ years of IBM i (iSeries/IBMi) system administration experience. Experience with IBM i OS upgrades, PTF management, security administration, and performance tuning. Strong understanding of IBM Power Systems architecture and core IBM i technologies. Experience using BRMS or equivalent backup and recovery solutions. Familiarity with disaster recovery planning, execution, and testing. Experience managing LPAR environments and TCP/IP configurations. Knowledge of IBM i security concepts including user authorities, object security, auditing, and system monitoring tools. Exposure to IBM i scripting or automation technologies such as CL, SQL, or RPG would be advantageous. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
