This data underpins trading, NAV calculations, client reporting, and regulatory filings, so the quality bar is high and the work is genuinely consequential. This is as much a people-leadership role as a technical one. The team is capable and fully staffed having recently had some turnover. Your first and most important job is to bring them together: to help talented people across two locations gel into a close, connected team with a shared sense of purpose and a common way of working. From that foundation, you'll build on the strong operational base already in place, driving the operational excellence, process improvement, and governance that the role also demands. This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at our 100 Bishopsgate, London office. What will you do?
