 * Erfahrung im IT-Support, in der Installation von PC-Hardware und der Fehlerbehebung\n
 * Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigsten Microsoft Windows Versionen, Active Directory, MS Office 365 und dem Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem\n
 * Grundkenntnisse in iOS und Mac Betriebssystemen von Vorteil\n
 * Ggf. eine Zertifizierung wie CompTIA (A+), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)\n
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausbaufähige bis gute Englischkenntnisse\n
 * Ein Führerschein der Klasse B wäre wünschenswert\n

 * Bereitstellung von 1st und 2nd Level Client Support in einem Onsite Team\n
 * Entgegennahme von Störungen und Bearbeitung von Anfragen\n
 * Betreuung von Standard-Anwendungen, wie MS-Office und aktuellen Betriebssystemen (Windows und Mac)\n
 * Installationen, Break & Fix, Austausch und Fehlerbehebung für Endgeräte\n
 * Dokumentation und Ticketbearbeitung im Ticketsystem\n
 * Zusammenarbeit mit 1st und 3rd Level Client Support Teams\n
 * Einordnung der Prioritäten zur Einhaltung der SLAs\n
