 * umfassende fachliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen bezüglich
 + Generativer KI (Transformer-Modelle/LLM, Modelltraining, Foundation Modelle)
 + Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) inkl. Dokumentenverarbeitung
 + Agentic Engineering inkl. MCP-Server/-Client-Architekturen
 + Nutzung von GPU-Clustern und Cloud-Umgebungen zum Training von KI-Modellen sowie Betrieb von KI-Anwendungen
 + Softwareentwicklung mit Python, möglichst auch Java und/oder C++
 * mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Forschung & Entwicklung sowie Wirtschaft
 * strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise; idealerweise bereits in unterschiedlichen Teams
 * Freude und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit sehr komplexen/unscharfen Problemstellungen
 * überdurchschnittliche Eigeninitiative und Engagement
 * exzellente Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
