 * Berufserfahrung im Bankbereich
 * Idealerweise gute Kenntnis des OnlineBankings und der VR Banking App der genossenschaftlichen Finanzgruppe
 * Starke Affinität zur Digitalisierung, Usability und Design sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der agilen Methodik (Bsp. Scrum / SAFe)
 * Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und Spaß an der Arbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams
 * Deutsch und idealerweise auch Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
 * Freude an ortsunabhängigem Arbeiten
