Seeking a skilled System Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, and enterprise networking. This role supports day-to-day operations, infrastructure stability, and ongoing improvements across virtualized and physical environments., * Hands-on experience with Hyper-V (VM creation, replication, failover clustering).

 * Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnets, routing, VLANs, and firewall concepts.
 * Proficiency with Windows Server administration.
 * Familiarity with PowerShell for automation is a plus.
 * Ability to diagnose complex issues and work independently., * A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer science, management information systems, or certain other information technology-based fields of study and two years of relevant information technology experience.
 * Relevant information technology experience and training may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the four years of college education.
 * The salary for Senior Information Systems Programmer/Analyst is commensurate with experience. The Auditor General offers a competitive benefits package.

## Description

* Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Hyper-V hosts, virtual machines, clustering, and storage.
 * Administer Windows Server environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
 * Monitor and optimize network performance, including switches, firewalls, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
 * Perform system updates, patching, backups, and disaster-recovery tasks.
 * Implement security best practices and assist with compliance requirements.
 * Provide Tier 2/3 support for server, network, and virtualization issues.
 * Document configurations, procedures, and changes.
