## Description

* Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
 * Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
 * Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
 * Take up the technical responsibility of the entire Project or Product
 * Design components and applications according to business requirements.
 * Contribute as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations)
 * Ensure teams quality and consistency in velocity by following SDLC guidelines, Agile methodology, Unit Tests and performing code reviews
 * To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
