The primary focus of this position is to design, develop, customize, and automate ServiceNow solutions that integrate with client's systems and business processes. The entire team operates remotely, with communication conducted primarily through Microsoft Teams chat and virtual meetings. Tasks * Working with change management modules, system configurations, workflow automation, and documentation. * Will collaborate with a team consisting of three architects and one project manager. While teamwork and collaboration are essential, this role is highly independent and requires the ability to manage work with minimal supervision. * Will serve as a technical expert and trusted resource throughout the implementation and ongoing support of the platform. * Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. * Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and others based on business needs. * Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies. * Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience. * Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
