impact Build and deploy AI tools, agents, and automations using the latest models and frameworks Collaborate with engagement managers and leadership to ensure client engagements are scoped, planned, and delivered effectively Contribute to internal platform and tooling development between client engagements Stay current with the latest developments in AI engineering and bring new ideas and approaches back to the team What We Are Looking For Strong AI engineering skills - you are proficient building with LLMs, agents, RAG systems, and related technologies Hands-on experience with tools including Claude Code, Codex, and related AI-assisted development tools Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders Comfortable with client-facing work and able to navigate enterprise environments professionally Willingness to travel for short-term client engagements (1-3 weeks at a time) Problem-solver with a bias for action - you figure things out and get
things done Experience with enterprise software, APIs, and system integrations Nice to Have Background in financial services, consulting, or other professional services Prior experience in a forward deployed, consulting, or solutions engineering role We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
