In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies for a complex, workflow-driven distributed microservices platform supporting enterprise workforce management. You will serve as a senior technical leader ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance by building robust automation frameworks for UI, API, and message-based architectures (Kafka), while mentoring team members, establishing quality gates, and embedding automated suites directly into CI/CD pipelines.
