Technical Experience We're particularly interested in candidates with experience across some or all of the following: * Power BI - developing dashboards, reports and visualisations that provide meaningful business insight. * Microsoft Fabric - experience working within, or exposure to, the Fabric data ecosystem. * T-SQL - querying databases and extracting and manipulating data for analytical purposes. * Python - data manipulation, analysis or automation. * Microsoft Excel - advanced functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and basic macros. * Experience working with large, complex or multiple datasets. * Experience identifying and resolving data-quality issues. * Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions. ## Description We're delighted to be supporting our client with the appointment of a Mid-Level & Senior Data Analyst on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data professional to take a key role in helping the business understand its performance through data. Working across multiple areas of the organisation, you'll transform complex operational data into clear, meaningful and actionable insight, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and identify opportunities to improve performance, utilisation, efficiency and compliance. This is a genuinely hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of data, solving business problems and working closely with stakeholders to understand what the numbers are really telling them. You'll have the opportunity to work with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, alongside T-SQL, Python and advanced Excel. You'll also play an important role in shaping how data and insight are used across the business. For a senior-level candidate, there will be additional scope to influence analytical approaches, support less experienced colleagues and work more strategically with senior stakeholders.
