Skill in correcting physical and technical problems that impact system/server performance, and experience recovering failed systems/servers. Ability to accurately define incidents, problems, and events in the trouble ticketing system and communicate solutions effectively to users. Knowledge of IT system administration, network security architecture concepts, and virtualization technologies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. The incumbent is subject to pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing. ## Description The primary purpose of this position is to manage and optimize our SharePoint environment while leveraging Power Platform tools to enhance collaboration, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights. The incumbent will also serve as a network/systems administrator for the SAP environment, supporting day-to-day operations, cybersecurity, and technical support activities. DUTIES: Manages and maintains SharePoint environments (Online, On-Premise, or Hybrid), including site collections, permissions, governance policies, and content management. Configures and customizes SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions to meet business needs. Implements SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to automate business processes. Creates and maintains Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data, support decision-making, and provide actionable insights. Manages datasets, schemas, and on-premises data gateways for Power BI and SharePoint integration. Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains hardware, software, and administers system accounts. Manages user access rights, network rights, and enforce local network usage policies and security procedures. Provides technical support to customers, diagnose and resolve customer-reported system incidents, problems, and events. Provides end-user training and support to ensure best practices in SharePoint and Power Platform usage. Monitors performance, optimizes system stability, and reviews usage/activity reports.
