## About the Role

+ Hands-on experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.

 + Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.

 + Strong ServiceNow HR development.

 + ServiceNow CSA certification.

 + Experience with workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.

 + Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML data structures.

 + Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.).

 + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 + ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS (ITSM/HRSD/ITOM/CMDB/etc.).

 + Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.

 + Background in developing enterprise applications or supporting large-scale ITSM programs.

 + Knowledge of ServiceNow security and role-based access controls (RBAC).

 + Experience with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.

Soft Skills:

 + Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

 + Detail-oriented with good analytical and documentation skills.

 + Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

## Description

+ Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.

 + Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, or custom applications depending on business needs.

 + Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

 + Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the grooming, estimation, and execution of development tasks.

 + Collaborate with platform architects and administrators to implement best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

 + Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and resolve platform issues.

 + Create and maintain technical documentation including requirements, design specs, test plans, and release notes.

 + Support ServiceNow upgrades by validating changes, updating customizations, and ensuring platform compatibility.

 + Ensure compliance with ITSM processes, internal controls, and governance standards.

 + Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform.
