## About the Role

* Must possess a current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
 * One of the following education/experience combinations:
 * Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of technical work experience
 * Master's degree and 2+ years of technical work experience
 * High school diploma and 8+ years of technical work experience
 * Experience programming in Python or C/C++.
 * Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.
 * Must be willing and able to obtain an additional polygraph prior to start, if required.
 * Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, and socket-level programming.
 * Experience developing CNO capabilities.
 * Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms, such as:

 - Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices
 * Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering.
 * Experience using Atlassian tools, including:

 - JIRA, Confluence, Crucible
 * Understanding of assembly language programming concepts.
 * Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and software testing best practices.

Core4ce is seeking a skilled and mission-focused CNO Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will support the development of mission-critical offensive cyber capabilities and contribute to advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) initiatives. You will work alongside a highly technical team to build next-generation solutions that support national security missions.
Responsibilities:

 * Design and develop new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
 * Perform design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems.
 * Apply knowledge of networking and security concepts to support capability development.
 * Communicate technical progress, project status, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
 * Ensure software quality and adherence to development standards.
