This position supports the parish's mission by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of parish membership data, facilitating effective communication, stewardship, and pastoral outreach., Parishioner Registration * Process and enter new parishioner registrations into the parish database. * Review registration forms for completeness and follow up as needed to obtain missing information. * Connect new parishioners with appropriate staff based on information provided in registration form, as needed. Database Maintenance * Maintain accurate parishioner and family records within the parish database management system. * Identify, review, and merge duplicate family and individual records. * Update member contact information, sacramental records, and household status as needed. * Perform regular database audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency. * Ensure confidentiality and proper stewardship of parishioner information.
