Education and Experience: + High School degree or equivalent required + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred + At least 3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Administration, or a similar IT role. + Experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS environments. + Experience administering Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf. + Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), or Azure. + Experience administering Okta and Google Workspace. + Experience supporting Linux systems, preferred + Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar), preferred + Experience with MDM, endpoint security, and compliance tools, preferred + Familiarity with enterprise SaaS administration and cloud identity platforms, preferred + Preferred certifications such as: + Microsoft Certified Administrator + Jamf Certified Associate or Professional + Okta Certified Administrator + AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect + Google Cloud Certification + CompTIA Network+ or Security+ Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer. * Occasionally lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * May require occasional travel to company offices or project sites. ## Description The IT Systems Administrator serves as a technical escalation point for complex issues originating from the IT Support organization and other internal technology teams. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded infrastructure professional who can navigate EquipmentShare's diverse technology stack, troubleshoot across multiple platforms, and independently drive issues to resolution.This position requires someone who is comfortable working across endpoint management, identity and access management, cloud platforms, operating systems, and networking while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.
