## About the Role

We have an immediate need for an experienced Azure Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure data engineering, Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable data solutions.
This is a hybrid position based in Jackson, MI, with 3 days onsite for a candidate with deep experience in Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, SQL Pools, Linked Services, Integration Runtimes, Datasets, Pipelines, Control Flow Activities, Lookup, Stored Procedures, Scripts, Validations, Copy Data, Data Flows, Notebooks, Spark Pools, GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines, Python, PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, MySQL, Oracle, REST APIs, Delta Loads, Spark, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing end-to-end Azure data pipelines, creating and optimizing SQL stored procedures and dynamic SQL, processing data through Python and APIs, developing Databricks notebooks, implementing merge and delta-load strategies, deploying solutions across Dev, QA, and Production, and troubleshooting Python, Spark, and cloud data engineering issues.
