Position Summary:The Applications Engineer serves as a technical expert and strategic partner, bridging the gap between engineering, sales, and customers. The Applications Engineer will leverage deep technical knowledge to design solutions, optimize applications, and deliver outstanding customer support. Specific Responsibilities:Partner with customers to understand technical requirements, challenges, and objectives, providing solutions that align with business needs.Lead application development, testing, and validation of solutions for customer-specific use cases.Act as a subject matter expert during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, delivering presentations, demonstrations, and technical support.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.Provide advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical resolutions for complex customer issues.Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation
