## About the Role

* 6+ years' experience BI development.\n
 * Expert-level skills in Power BI (DAX, modeling, optimization, governance).\n
 * Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred.\n
 * BI/Cloud certifications are a plus.\n
 * Existing technical knowledge of modern systems software, protocols, and standards, including SQL Server, Snowflake/Databricks/Fabric, Python Data Libraries (Pandas/Polars/DuckDB), and Power BI.\n
 * Deep understanding of relational and dimensional modeling, and modern data ecosystems.\n
 * MicroStrategy, Collaboration Space, and Hyper Intelligence experience (nice to have).\n
 * Working in an Agile environment and adhering to the focus on prioritized initiatives.\n
 * Proficient in SQL, Snowflake and/or Oracle coding.\n
 * Experience working with and understanding Banking / Financial services industry.\n
 * Excellent communication skills to understand requirements and collaborate on expected results.\n
 * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop efficiently and scalable based on best practices and governed standards.\n
 * Strong work ethics with a sense of ownership and accountability.\n
