* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.\n
 * 10+ years of professional software engineering or solutions engineering experience.\n
 * 5+ years delivering integrated enterprise solutions across multiple platforms and systems.\n
 * Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, NLU/NLP, and orchestration frameworks.\n
 * Experience with agentic AI platforms (Moveworks, ServiceNow AI Agents, Copilot Studio, or similar).\n
 * Strong proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n
 * Experience with API design, event-driven architecture, and workflow orchestration.\n
 * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.\n, * Experience with enterprise service management, integration platforms, or Microsoft 365/Power Platform.\n
 * Background in responsible AI practices, governance, and testing frameworks.\n
 * Experience with knowledge graphs, enterprise search, or content management.\n
 * Experience establishing engineering standards and influencing direction across teams.\n
