## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in IT, ideally in Application Management, Production Support, or Financial Services
 * Experience managing applications on Linux and Windows Server environments
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
 * Knowledge of application lifecycle management and IT service processes
 * Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
 * Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring solutions
 * Familiarity with trading, capital markets, securities, or banking applications is a plus
 * Interest or experience in Databricks, SQL, data engineering, cloud platforms, AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI
 * Team-oriented and willing to meet our team every week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at Erste Campus
 * Willingness to work based on functional staffing time during trading hours and to perform specific maintenance tasks on weekends (based upon alignment)
 * Excellent English skills; German is an advantage

 * Partner with traders and business stakeholders to optimize processes and user experience
 * Coordinate changes, releases, upgrades, and vendor activities
 * Drive automation, operational excellence, and platform resilience
 * Contribute to our growing data and AI capabilities by working with modern technologies such as Databricks and cloud-based data platforms
 * Collaborate with business experts, architects, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions
