 * Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Projekten sowie der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Services und Lösungen.
 * Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Pflege von IT-Assets, Dokumentationen und technischen Betriebsprozessen.
 * Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und Partnern zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen und Services.
