## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden SAP-HCM-Systemlandschaft
 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche und interne Stakeholder rund um SAP HCM
 * Analyse, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen
 * Durchführung von SAP HCM Customizing
 * Fehleranalyse und Bearbeitung von 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support-Anfragen
 * Mitarbeit bzw. Übernahme von Verantwortung in SAP-HCM-Projekten
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Lösungen und Anforderungen
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Durchführung von Schulungen
 * Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender HR-IT-Prozesse
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, HR, Architektur und weiteren internen Fachbereichen
