Qualifications: * Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS). * Experience supporting audits or compliance assessments preferred. * Familiarity with ISMS concepts and risk management practices preferred. * Exposure to AI governance and compliance. * Professional IT security certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCPA, or similar are a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively across departments., * Collaboration: Work effectively with others across the organization to support compliance and security initiatives. * Communication: Convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals and groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listen actively to others. * Decision Making: Identify and understand problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information; choose the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria, generating, and evaluating alternatives, and making timely decisions. Self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed. ## Description The IT Security Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's information security compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, customer requirements, and industry frameworks.
