* Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and a passion for building event-driven systems

What you will work on

 * You build and enhance self-service capabilities, tools, and templates that empower development teams to adopt event-driven architectures with ease
 * You define and evolve platform standards, best practices, and reusable solution patterns for Apache Kafka and event streaming
 * You design and implement automated testing and quality assurance mechanisms to ensure platform reliability and stability
 * You collaborate closely with development teams to design, build, and evolve event-driven domain services and business solutions
 * You continuously improve the developer experience through automation, simplification, and abstraction of infrastructure complexity
