As the central interface between HR and IT, we manage the development of HR IT products and services for the international RWE Group and create the foundation for efficient, data-driven, and future-oriented HR services. In a dynamically changing environment, we actively shape the digital transformation of the HR function. In doing so, we drive innovation in the areas of HR systems, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence, while continuously further developing the HR systems and process landscape. To advance the strategic development of our international HR digital portfolio, we are looking for an experienced leader to join RWE AG as Head of HR Systems & Digital Products, who, together with their team, will shape the future of HR digitalisation at RWE.
