These standards support ING's regulatory obligations (BCBS239, GDPR, AI Act, DORA) and ensure consistent execution across all countries and business lines. You will work in a lean global function with strong ties to local teams, co-creating frameworks, work instructions, and controls. Your work will strengthen ING's enterprise-wide data capability, improve audit readiness, and support the Bank's shift toward full ownership of data processes across the organization. You will contribute to ING's transformation by keeping our data foundations strong, actionable, and aligned with supervisory expectations.
