Within the Data Modelling team, you contribute to the development and maintenance of FRIM, our core model, which is essential for managing and harmonizing data across the organization. You ensure that our data structures are seamless, efficient, and tailored to support both daily operations and strategic decision-making. Your focus extends beyond raw data analysis to the bigger picture: ensuring the structure and coherence of our data models. Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders - from domain experts to business and IT teams - you transform complex challenges into clear and actionable data models., * Design and Optimize: Develop and refine our business data model (FRIM), translating changes into clear, practical data definitions and relationships. * Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ask the right questions, and ensure alignment between their needs and our data model. * Analysis and Bridging: Conduct detailed information analyses and serve as the vital link between business and IT teams. * Consistency and Reliability: Safeguard and enhance the consistency of our data model to ensure clarity and reliability in reporting and analytics. Working environment The Finance & Risk Data Domain, a dynamic and innovative department, is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG), and plays an active role for all the Finance and Risk departments. We employ 200+ international professionals with different backgrounds who are driven to bring risk data management to a structurally higher level. Our aim is to generate reliable risk data on time. We do this by improving the risk data itself, data systems and data processes. Collaboration, openness, and adaptability define our work culture, complemented by an agile methodology that allows us to respond swiftly to evolving needs and challenges. Our Finance and Risk Data Domain consists of 7 departments where the atmosphere is dynamic, open and informal.
