## Description

Gestionnaire de parc informatique - Lille
Dans le cadre de son développement, Experis recherche un Gestionnaire de parc IT pour intervenir chez l'un de ses clients. Vous serez en charge du pilotage et de l'optimisation du parc informatique (postes de travail, périphériques et logiciels), dans un environnement structuré et orienté performance., Technical skills

 * Assurer la gestion des assets (postes de travail, clients légers, imprimantes, tablettes, logiciels…)
 * Suivre la maintenance et garantir la bonne disponibilité du parc
 * Piloter l'évolution du parc et gérer l'obsolescence (cycle de vie, plans de renouvellement)
 * Gérer les stocks, commandes et mouvements de parc
 * Participer à la mise en œuvre et à l'enrichissement de la CMDB
 * Assurer la gestion administrative du parc matériel, logiciel et télécoms
 * Optimiser l'utilisation et les coûts du parc
 * Traiter les incidents et demandes liés à la gestion de parc
 * Définir et suivre les procédures (maintenance, gestion de parc, SLA)
 * Coordonner les relations avec les constructeurs et prestataires
 * Garantir le respect des engagements de service (SLA)
 * Réaliser le reporting mensuel (indicateurs, suivi des assets, incidents)
 * Animer des COPIL trimestriels et COPROJ mensuels
 * Contribuer au pilotage financier et à la démarche RSE
