## Description

Rattaché(e) à l'un de nos clients, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

 - Assistance utilisateurs
 - Gestion des tickets via GLPI
 - Diagnostic des incidents et des demandes (exemples : PC qui ne s'allume pas, réseaux, mises à jour, imprimantes...)
 - PMAD
 - Mastérisation des laptops
 - Préparation des postes de travail aux nouveaux arrivants
 - Installation des applications sur les postes de travail (Antivirus, VPN, Ivanti, ...)
 - Gestion et inventaire du parc informatique
 - Utilisation de PowerShell afin d'exécuter des tâches sur exchange
 - Création de comptes utilisateurs, boîtes aux lettres générique et listes de diffusion
 - Vérification des licences, des droits utilisateurs, droits accès, mdp...
