## About the Role

Documentation (FDD) and document business requirements related to the quote-to-cash process. Design and configure scalable solutions within Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Advanced to meet business requirements. Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional support for the CPQ & Revenue Cloud Advanced environment, guiding users and resolving functional issues. Lead workshops and training sessions for business users. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the technical solution aligns with the functional design. Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, user stories and use cases. Provide sound technical and business advice to customers regarding the final solution. Deliver against clear outcome-based targets with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. Requirements Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Advanced. Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes, product
bundling, product rules, price rules & quote templates. Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. Proficient in Salesforce flow development & testing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear actionable requirements. Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). Familiarity working in a DevOps environment, familiar to versioning using GIT based tools. Experience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant (highly preferred). Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (highly preferred). Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator.
