 * Excellent administration, organisational and problem-solving skills
 * A good working knowledge of IT with experience of using Microsoft Office

 * Ability to handle conflicting workloads and to work under pressure.

## Description

A helpdesk position has become available with an immediate start, my clients are a large facilities management provider who are based in the heart of Bristol., * Being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls.

 * Prioritising urgent jobs.
 * Interpret and log requests, inputting details into an in-house system, providing tracking and regular updates to the status of the request through to work complete status in line with Service Level Agreement)
 * To provide a proactive and professional helpdesk service to internal users

 * Supporting the Helpdesk by logging calls, supporting and reporting back to the end users.
 * Working between 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday Taking inbound calls via help desk from outlets.
