This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience supporting Workday HCM who is looking to further develop their expertise in people systems, reporting, data management and process improvement within a global consultancy environment. The role sits within our Global People Analytics and Systems team and will play an important part in ensuring our systems, processes and data support an exceptional employee experience and data-informed business decision-making. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in systems, automation and continuous improvement. You will bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will support the ongoing administration and enhancement of Workday, deliver impactful reporting and analytics, and help drive data quality and process efficiencies across our global people function.
